How We Began
At Holistic In-Home Care, we believe care should be personal, purposeful, and powerful.
Founded in 2016 by a former nurses who saw the need for something better, we’ve grown into a family-owned, majority Aboriginal-owned organisation delivering life-changing support to NDIS participants and older Australians living at home.
We don’t offer “standard” care.
We create connection, confidence, and dignity—especially for those who’ve been labelled “too complex” or “too hard.” Here, no one is ever overlooked.
Whether it’s helping someone tick off a lifelong dream, regain their independence, or simply feel seen and valued again—we show up with heart, patience, and purpose.

What services do you offer under NDIS and Home Care Packages?
We offer a wide range of supports including personal care, social and community participation, transport, domestic assistance, complex behavioural support, companionship, and 24/7 care—tailored to your individual goals and needs.
Can I choose my own support worker?
Yes! We work closely with you to match you with a support worker who suits your personality, preferences, and support requirements. Your comfort and connection matter most
Do you support complex or high-needs clients?
Absolutely. We specialise in working with individuals who have higher or more complex needs—including behaviours of concern, trauma backgrounds, or multiple diagnoses. We never turn someone away for being “too hard.”
How quickly can services start?
We aim to get things moving as quickly as possible. After your initial consultation and once your paperwork is complete, we can often start services within 2–7 business days—sometimes sooner.
What areas do you service?
We currently operate across Adelaide and surrounding regions. If you’re nearby but unsure, get in touch—we’ll let you know if we can help or connect you with someone who can.
How do I know what I'm eligible for?
If you’re unsure what your plan or package includes, we can help review it with you (or your coordinator) and guide you on how to get the most from your funding—whether it’s NDIS or My aged Care.
