How do I start services with Holistic In-Home Care?
It’s simple:

- We’ll work with you (and your support coordinator if needed) to create a tailored plan
- Services can begin within days of onboarding
Do you work with support coordinators and plan managers?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on clear, consistent communication with coordinators and plan managers. You’ll receive updates, progress notes, and transparent collaboration—because we’re here to make your job easier, not harder.
How do you ensure quality and consistency in your support?
We have a hands-on, double-verification process for everything we do. All support is reviewed by a supervisor, and every team member is trained to deliver care with compassion, professionalism, and adaptability. We don’t just aim for consistency—we build real relationships, so you feel supported by people who truly know you.
What types of NDIS participants do you support?
We support participants of all abilities—but we specialise in working with those who have higher or more complex support needs. Whether it’s 24/7 care, behaviours of concern, or participants who’ve been turned away by other providers, we’re here with patience, flexibility, and understanding.
Can I choose the services and support workers I receive?
Absolutely. We believe in participant choice and control. You’ll have input into your support plan, your activities, and even the staff you work with. We’ll always do our best to match you with support workers who suit your personality, preferences, and lifestyle.
What makes Holistic In-Home Care different from other NDIS providers?
We’re not a cookie-cutter provider. We offer fun, adventurous, and purpose-driven support—including bucket-list experiences, community outings, and meaningful connections. Do you support participants with behaviours of concern or mental health challenges?
Yes—we specialise in complex cases. Our staff receive advanced training in trauma-informed care, positive behaviour support, communication strategies, and crisis de-escalation. We don’t shy away from complexity—we lean in with care.
